Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Qualify (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. General Policy

All payments made to Qualify are non-refundable.

By purchasing the Service, you agree that you are paying for access to software and automation tools, not for guaranteed business results.

1.1. Payment Processing

All payments for Qualify are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Refunds, chargebacks and payment-related support are handled by Paddle according to their policies.

2. No Guarantees

Qualify does not guarantee:

  • number of leads

  • replies

  • meetings

  • revenue

Refunds will not be issued based on performance, results or lack of success.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • you will not be charged again

  • you will retain access until the end of the current billing period

No refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, at Qualify’s sole discretion, such as:

  • technical failure of the Service

  • billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Abuse & Violations

No refunds will be issued if:

  • account is suspended for violating Terms of Use

  • Service is used for spam, scams or illegal activity

6. Changes to Policy

Qualify reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
