• lead qualification

Qualify is a technology platform and does not act as a sales agency or lead broker.

2. No Guarantees

Qualify does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

• number of leads

• number of replies

• booked meetings

• revenue or sales

Results depend on many factors including product, market, ICP, messaging, competition and external conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

• the content of all outreach messages

• the legality of your data sources

• compliance with local and international laws

• email accounts, domains and infrastructure used

Qualify does not review or approve your outreach content.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree not to use Qualify for:

• spam or mass unsolicited messaging

• illegal, deceptive or fraudulent activities

• phishing, scams or impersonation

You are responsible for compliance with:

• CAN-SPAM Act

• GDPR

• local data protection and marketing laws

Qualify is not responsible for misuse of the Service.

5. AI Disclaimer

Qualify uses artificial intelligence to generate content and classify replies.

AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Qualify is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Data & Privacy

Qualify processes lead data only to provide the Service.

We do not sell, resell or distribute client data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have legal rights to use any uploaded data.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are billed in advance.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Qualify may change pricing at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualify shall not be liable for:

• lost revenue

• lost data

• lost opportunities

• indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
